Donna’s innate ability to coordinate all elements of the design ensured the final outcome was an enjoyable and seamless experience for her client.
A unique element conceived by Donna was to use the leftover cushion fabric – Mokum Stellar, as the inside design for the lampshade – which gives off a beautiful warm glow when the light is on.
Mokum Couture in an inviting olive tone was selected for the backing curtain fabric creating a dramatic and contemporary look. Dreamy sheers in James Dunlop Federation were chosen as the front facing fabric to filter the light while adding a touch of glamour in a brass hue. Upholstered chairs in James Dunlop Vienna give a sense of luxury while providing durability in a polyester construction and are perfectly complemented with the houndstooth sofa in James Dunlop Heritage.
